LA Venom High School Hockey Team
We are excited to announce that following a highly successful inaugural season in 2025–2026, our high school hockey program will return for the 2026–2027 season with both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams competing in the LA Kings High School Hockey League.
Our first season exceeded expectations and demonstrated the tremendous interest and talent within our hockey community. We are proud to continue providing student-athletes throughout the San Fernando Valley with additional opportunities to compete, and develop their skills.
The success of our inaugural season would not have been possible without the dedication of our players, coaches, families, and supporters. We are excited to build on that momentum as we prepare for another great year of high school hockey.
We are currently seeking players interested in joining our Varsity and Junior Varsity teams for the 2026–2027 season. Please review the information below and submit the Prospective Player Form to begin the process.

LA Kings High School League
The League is designed after all High School sports models. Within the League, there are Junior Varsity and Varsity programs at most rinks throughout Los Angeles County, Kern County, and Santa Barbara County. The league is compiled of district teams and pure teams. District teams are made of the athletes who attend school within the designated district. Pure teams are made up of athletes all from the same High School. The registration for the league covers the cost of practices, games, coaching fees, scorekeepers, certified CHLA professional athletic trainer and referees for each game. Our new high school team home jersey features a sleek black design with bold purple accents, drawing inspiration from the iconic colors of the LA Kings. This choice not only pays tribute to the Kings' rich legacy in the world of hockey but also reflects our strong connection to the LA Kings Valley Ice Center, our home rink. The black and purple combination symbolizes both strength and creativity, echoing the spirit of our team as we take to the ice with pride and determination. It’s a perfect blend of tradition and local pride, representing both our team’s competitive edge and our home base.
Our new away team jersey features a clean white design with striking purple accents, inspired by the iconic colors of the LA Kings. The white and purple combination represents both purity and strength, embodying the team's determination and unity as we take to the ice. It’s a design that celebrates our local roots while pushing us to strive for greatness, all while paying tribute to the traditions of the sport and the community that supports us.
